Hackney residents can now access enhanced support to help them live safely and independently at home, following the launch of the new Technology Enabled Living Service delivered by Provide Carecall247, in partnership with the London Borough of Hackney.
Launching on Wednesday 26 August 2026, the service offers 24-hour monitoring, telecare and responsive support, giving residents and their families and carers, confidence that help is available when needed, for them to remain independent in their own home.
The partnership supports London Borough of Hackney’s commitment to helping residents to live well at home for longer through technology-enabled care, timely assistance and early intervention.
Provide Carecall247, part of Provide Care Solutions Ltd, a subsidiary of Provide Community, is an experienced provider of monitoring, telecare and urgent response services, supporting people to remain safe and independent in their own homes. The service is part of Provide Community, who are an employee-owned Community Interest Company and social enterprise delivering health and social care services across the UK, with it's HQ based in Colchester, Essex.
The service supports people with a wide range of needs, including older people, those living with long-term health conditions or disabilities and anyone who may benefit from additional reassurance at home to remain independent.
As part of the new partnership, residents will continue to receive access to services including:
- 24-hour monitoring
- Telecare equipment
- Alarm response
- Technology-enabled support to promote independent living

The service is designed around each person’s circumstances, helping residents maintain their independence while ensuring appropriate support is available when they need it. It will also provide reassurance to families, carers and professionals supporting people across Hackney.
